Zonal school sports meets postponed due to hot weather

Minister of Education Akila Viraj Kariyawasam says that all zonal-level school sports meets scheduled to be held in March have been postponed till May due to warm weather conditions prevailing in the country. 

පාසල් පද්ධතිය තුළ කලාප ක්‍රීඩා අප්‍රේල් මස අග හෝ මැයි මුල පැවැත්වීම කෙරෙහි අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යංශයේ අවධානය යොමුවී ඇති බව අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍ය අකිල විරාජ් කාරියවසම් මහතා පවසයි.
