President Donald Trump said he 'wouldn't be surprised' if migrant caravans were funded when asked at a press conference on October 31.

He also said he wouldn't be surprised if the conspiracy that Democrat donor George Soros funded the caravans was true.

Soros was a target of a mail bomb alongside Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama allegedly by Trump fanatic Cesar Sayoc.
