Chemtrail Pouring Down! HAARP Invloved Too!

This was recorded as I was traveling through the prairies of Canada last week. (I am sorry for the quality) It represents about 40 minutes of time span. I watched for some time before I picked up the cam to record it. There is evidence of what is likely all three.. Chemtrails, HAARP, and possibly SCALAR being used at the same time. The chemtrail sat there for a long time..pouring..and it was initially released above the clouds..and as you can see..it actually went right through some of the cloud it was so much heavier..as it fell from the sky. There are two glowing points on the clouds much as has been seen during the use of HAARP.. I tried to capture them..with the cam. You can see them at 1:31, 2:41 and 3:15. These clouds were actually glowing in two points and had an almost partial prism to them. They were certainly not sun dogs..or any other type of natural occurance that I know of. As for scalar..with all else taking place in the sky there also appeared a strange cloud..at 3:37 ..and it did not fit in with the other clouds..just as much as the other oddities did not fit in with the sky.. Wake up people...Ignorance does not look good on you.
