When we first imagined Mahindra World City, our goal was not simply to create a business space, but to create something new to India—an entire business ecosystem that's completely integrated to function with optimum efficiency. Conceived as a single-point destination for domestic and global companies to establish operations, Mahindra World Cities are located in Special Economic Zones and Domestic Tariff Areas which enjoy special incentives and tariff exemptions from the government.

The World City is a well-planned business city, designed in a work-live-learn-play format. Wide, tree-lined roads and expressways lead you from your home to your office in minutes. The Lifestyle Zone, located alongside the Business Zone, offers residences, schools, medical centers, retail malls, business hotels, recreation and leisure facilities, and wide open green spaces for a clean, healthy environment.

Mahindra World City also takes care of Operations and Maintenance services for resident companies, including management of utilities like water, power, sewage, and waste; security; cleanliness, landscaping, and infrastructure; and internal transportation.

Mahindra World Cities are operational in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and Jaipur, Rajasthan. We're passionate about making both sites environmentally friendly and pleasant places to live. Mahindra World City, Chennai is LEED certified and partners with the Indian Green Building Council to become India's first "green township." Mahindra World City, Jaipur has been selected as one of 16 projects worldwide by the Clinton Climate Initiative, which supports the development of large-scale urban projects that demonstrate cities can grow in ways that are "climate positive."

Both World Cities are strategically located near transportation hubs, with easy and efficient air, rail, road, and sea connectivity. Come take a look.
