Lafarge Africa recorded a 3.9 billion naira loss in the first half of 2018. In the same period in 2017 the cement manufacturer recorded a 19.73 billion naira profit. Bruno Bayet, Lafarge Africa's Chief Financial Officer joins CNBC Africa to discuss the company's plans to return to profitability.
