Immigration and Customs Enforcement remains an important partner to remove dangerous people from the community, said Kalamazoo County Sheriff Rick Fuller. For the last year, Fuller has been working on a policy to clarify how the county jail handles requests to detain people up to 48 hours after they would otherwise be released.
