*** Sending your teen to college requires preparation and planning. Make sure your child's immunizations are up to date and that you have a pdf and paper copy of important documents. Dr. Cora Breuner from Seattle Children's Hospital says make sure you and your teen tour the health care center and are familiar with it. And know that if your child is over 18, you will not have access to their records unless your child signs a form saying it's okay.
