The Omega Speedmaster Legend is hero inspired and themed. The watch is also a part of the larger, more modern Speedmaster models and features a 44.25mm case size. The watch is quite compact on the wrist while having a larger case size and is only 14mm thick. 

The steal watch head is counter balanced by a clever deployant clasp with beautifully polished swing arms. The clasp is double push- meaning that it won't accidentally pop open. The strap also is tucked under the strap body, creating a clean line with no minder loops. Looking at the strap itself, it is as close to the motor sports as it can get. The rubber looks like a tire tread and on the inside, it IDs the watch and Michael Schumacher. 

The watch features a unique dial with a combination of Arabic numerals 1-7. These correspond with his 7 world championships, with Benetton and Ferrari. The dial itself can be thought of in two ways. First, it can be interpreted as a checkered flag for the racing or as a carbon fiber lining up with the material used in the race cars. There is a unique stepped minute track, elevated slightly above the dial base itself. There is also a motorsports feel in the tri-tone coloring of black, white and read.  

Powering the watch is a high performance motor, perfect for a watch inspired by Formula 1. It features the Omega 3313 Co-Axial automatic, vertical clutch column wheel chronograph. This makes the watch incredibly smooth when starting and running the chronograph.
