The Grass Valley™ Trinix™ NXT is a next generation, 3 Gb/s digital video routing switcher family. With a frame architecture designed for superior signal transport and backed by the team that has the most success in routing switcher design, Trinix NXT can provide you with the confidence you need to prepare for and migrate to a 3 Gb/s routing infrastructure. Independent testing proved that the Trinix NXT has superior signal transport capabilities at 3 Gb/s and surpassed most of the SMPTE 424M specification. Input cable equalization for the Trinix NXT exceeded the 140 meter specification. Jitter and return loss measurements measured at 3 Gb/s significantly outperformed the SMPTE specification. Available as an option is the new Trinix NXT Multiviewer, a fully integrated, internal component of the Trinix NXT routing switcher that represents a unique, next-generation approach to live event broadcast and production multiviewer solutions in 3G. It optimizes space by eliminating secondary external components and connections that consume valuable rack space, as well as the need for additional cabling and other hardware—all of which lead to a more reliable multiviewer.
