This is easily the most romantic song I ever composed. It's a very relaxing song. As "Apocalyptica", it has 3 sections. However, I composed the second movement first. I was messing around wih chord progressions and came up with one that was cool. And so I composed the second movement. The next day, I composed another song. Similar to this "second movement". And I wondered... "What can I do with this?". As the key of the pieces was related, I connected them. And so «Souvenir» was composed. A few months later, I composed another song. A very tacky one. Just to... Do something. But then! As the key of this song was related to «Souvenir», I decided to join them. And so, Souvenir was finished. Its name comes from the OMD song with the same name. I just think it is as romantic as that song.
