I talk about April Fool's memories while waiting for my son's concert to start. His first solo! And he even let me post the solo! I'm so proud of him. :-D And here's the recipe I know everyone will want! *Sausage Surprise* 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (I used a Normandy mix with broccoli and stuff) 2 cups frozen sausage 1 handful of black seedless grapes Dash of olive oil Dash of balsamic vinegar 1/2 of a freezer burned sweet onion, diced 1 can of coconut milk 1 small can fire roasted chilis 2 sliced strawberries Sweet hot mustard to taste 2 pizzas Combine all but the last ingredient in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes. Watch family nearly vomit. Give them 2 pizzas delivered by Papa John's. Happy April Fools!
