1. The red.

Red is seen as a symbol of power, as discovered by a study of the University of Rochester, so wearing a red garment will help you look more desirable.

2. Do not shave.

Women prefer men who cultivate an unshaven face for days. According to research from the University of South Wales, this makes men look more mature and masculine.

3. Improve your posture.

Dr. Jeremy Nicholson says that, according to studies, women are attracted to men who have better postures.

4. Do not smile much.

Contrary to what many would think, the smile is an element that makes a man look less attractive. The University of British Columbia noted that women tend to find "less dominant" smiling men.

5. Weights.

You already knew that. Women love well-marked muscles. For them, muscles are a sign of good genes, according to a study by the University of California.

6. Sweating.

Research from the University of Berkeley said that women who smell male sweat experience increased sexual stimulation, heart rate, and other effects. This is thanks to androstenedione, present in the sweat of men.
