Howdy Folks- This is a song I wrote all about a hobo who while looking back upon his life realizes that he has always only had one love...that first train he hopped. The Sweet Julie D was more than a train it was his lover, confidant, and the only companion he ever really had. Imagine my surprise when my grandma told me this story after she heard it. My great uncle Benny was just such a man. So this song is dedicated to him; although, I've never met him I know we would have lots to talk about. Thanks for watching and have a great day.
