Hello, friends!  If you're new, this is the final episode of my playlist called "My Scammer Soap Opera".  I had my initial conversation with "Jack Williams" on Sept. 7th, 2016.  He later admitted his name was Ashwin Shukla as he tried to earn my trust by pretending to be my friend, which is probably also a fake name.  Apparently Ashwin Shukla is like the John Smith of India.

Anyway, when he couldn't gain remote access to my computer after talking to me for almost an hour, he followed up to see if I got a new computer.  When I told him my fake husband Richard wouldn't let me buy a new computer (that he wanted to upload "security software" to), he was determined to get money out of me somehow.  That's when he suddenly acted very interested in me and expressed a sudden desire to be my friend. Surely if we became close, I would give him money.

He pressured me to be his Facebook friend and told me to look up his profile right then and there, but duh, Ashwin!  Hellooooo?  My computer was broken!  He said to use my cell phone.  Don't have one.  I told him I would have to go to the library to use the computer.

So he called the next day to see if I went to the library to look at his profile.  No, my daughter was sick.

I kept this going for a good while and finally attempted to make a fake FB profile, but darn it all, I had already told him my name was Princess Buttercup and it wouldn't let me make an account in that name no matter what I did.  Facebook has been cracking down on accounts with fake names, apparently.  After multiple failed attempts and trying at the library for reals with a new email address, it still wouldn't let me.  Someone even let me use their existing account, suggesting I change the name to Princess Buttercup, but this resulted in failure too.

That's when I turned to Google Plus.  I told Ashwin I couldn't get on FB because Richard used Disney Circle to block me from it because he knew my old flame was sending me messages.  Meanwhile, Richard was on a business trip in China.  Or was he?  

Ashwin and I corresponded over email and I set the trap.  I created a very nice G+ profile for myself and knowing he would see it after sending him gmail, I didn't even suggest he follow me.  He did so on his own.  I had all sorts of crap written already where I made myself sound like the most gullible person ever.  My cover photo said, "The most important thing in life is trusting everyone no matter what."  He must have been positively drooling!  Did he have any idea that I created a fake world just for his benefit?

I started to get quite personal with him, venting that Richard's friend Fred seemed to be putting the moves on me and I was uncomfortable, but Fred did fix my computer, so that was good.  

Things took a bizarre turn when I told Ashwin, "I told Fred about you.  He wants to know your company's website."

He tried to beat Fred to the punch and said, "Fred just emailed me and called me a scammer."  

Most hilarious thing ever!

How dare he try to take control of MY fictional friend?!  

Oooooh!  I was so mad, of course I had to confront Fred that he would email my friend behind my back and accuse him of being a scammer.  I emailed them both.  Fred denied having done so, had some sassy things to say to Ashwin, and that's when my imaginary world was turned upside down.

Richard wasn't in China.

And I'm not going to give the rest away.  You'll just have to watch my playlist.  People love to hate the villainess I created, who later tormented Ashwin quite a bit in various ways.  

This is one of the most entertaining experiences I've ever had, but also a lot of work as I created fake profile after fake profile of characters who interacted with each other.  I hope you will all watch and enjoy!
