The State Council's committee on Financial Stability Development has held its tenth special meeting on economic risks. Liu He, vice premier and chief of the Central Leading Group for Financial and Economic Affairs, presided over the Saturday meeting, which analyzed the economic and financial situation in China for the third quarter of the year.  Delegates stressed the importance of a stable and neutral monetary policy, solving the financial problems of small and medium-sized public and private enterprises, and playing a helpful role in the capital market hub.
