Took my Drone out for it's first outdoor flight for testing in Queenston Ontario. Music track called "Stinger" from my 2010 Chill, Downtempo CD called "Negate the state"

This is mainly footage from the Brock Monument erected in honor of General Sir Isaac Brock who died in the battle on Queenston Heights. This is the very spot where he died in battle from a gunshot wound to the chest on October 13, 1812.

Brock's Monument was a 135-foot Tuscan column with a viewing platform at the top. People can walk up the inner stairway to the top viewing platform. Construction began in 1823, and the monument was inaugurated October 13, 1824

In 1840, Benjamin Lett, an anti-British agitator attacked the monument with an explosive charge but in 1853 a second monument was built ( seen here ) and dedicated by Prince Edward who later became King Edward VII.

The bodies of Brock and Lieutenant-Colonel John Macdonell are buried in the walls of this monument.
