On a strange, seemingly ordinary day the citizens of One Way Bay noticed something peculiar happening. The sun seemed to start falling out of the sky! The city crept into darkness inches at a time. Luckily, Rob from the building department decided to invest in these fancy new things called "street lamps". The townspeople called him crazy for wasting such a large chunk of the budget on these "decorations". On that day, or night rather, Rob was deemed a visionary.
