For some reason, the SWAT team refuses to step into the building. But they will stand and watch as Tab does... well whatever jig that is while he's waiting around. 

I was honestly just fooling around a bit. And as a result, I found the 'Retry" option! Too bad this wasn't available from the pause menu, since no loading is required when used (what a godsend that would have been!)
