Watching a movie nice and quiet and the Presidential campaign people decided to pass through Zona Colonial, Dominican Republic. They are blasting their music and wild lights flashing everywhere at almost 11PM. The dog was afraid, neighbors baby was screaming, very expensive trucks and lights. Seems that money could be used for more constructive purposes. 2 hours later and car alarms are still blaring in the street. Something seems really wrong here.
