If you follow me on Instagram @ThatIsKei, you may know that I went to California and Las Vegas to celebrate my 21st birthday, during my stay in Cali. I decided to share outfit selection with you all, the weather was a bit more chilly that usual. The average temperature was high 60's/ low 70's  but it was defiently better that New York's weather.  Therefore I dressed appropriately for California's winter weather. Hope you all enjoyed!
