The key to this job getting done stealthy is the assets that you purchase. By simply getting the shutter codes, it allows you to basically get the entire store under control quickly without alerting anyone outside. This is nice if you want to score the extra loot inside the store. If you are not looking to score the loot inside (or if you can't afford the asset) then you can simply stick to the back of the building for a quiet job, no alarms.
