Fabiana Zollo researches information spreading and the evolution of collective narratives on social media. After studying the dynamics of misinformation, her team focused on which techniques were best suited to fight it, discovering a counterintuitive truth: our efforts to stop them are backfiring.  Fabiana Zollo is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, where she is fellow member of the Laboratory of Data Science and Complexity. Her research focuses on information and misinformation spreading, and on the evolution of collective narratives on social media.
