Plot: - After an incident that left both Japan and England wounded, they've been transported to hospital. Japan injured his left eye and lies in a bed next to the bed England is on. Three of the female nurses operate on him, japan concerned about what's happening wanted to check on him but moving his body rapidly makes his eye injury hurt. The next morning, Nurse Hungary tells Japan that he seems to be recovering well despite losing sight in his left eye, he can still see through the remaining eye. Japan asks how's England and she explains that his right arm had to be amputated because it was severely damaged. she recommends to comfort England because he is still traumatized from the night operation on his arm.
