Prudential Rubloff's Francesca Rose, a Streeterville expert, recently took me on a tour of several Streeterville high-rises and a spectacular riverfront townhome. We stopped at various points along our way to talk. In this segment we look at the park that MCL Companies built adjacent to its PartkView Condominiums, and talk about the "amenities war" that took place in recent years. One unusual feature: a heated indoor dog run.
