Environmental sciences students receive a Principal's Medal

Two Edinburgh environmental sciences undergraduates, who have been using their technical skills to provide a lifeline for refugees, receive an honorary award.

Second-year students Alexandros Angelopoulos and Sam Kellerhal have created solar-powered mobile phone charging units for refugees living in camps in Greece. Each will be awarded a Principal's Medal for their contribution to the community.
