Super easy recipe for Deviled Eggs, perfect for almost any occasion.  Someone told me they reminded them of the deviled eggs they would have after a funeral in the deep south.  

Ingredients:
water (use enough to cover eggs
2 tablespoons vinegar (white or apple cider)
1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons diced sweet and hot salad peppers 
1 tablespoons juice from the sweet and hot peppers
2 tablespoons mayo
1 1/2 dijon or yellow mustard
1 tablespoon diced shallots
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 eggs  
Paprika for garnish
