An administration police officer Leakey Maina has pleaded not guilty to charges of murdering Meru university student leader Evans Njoroge in February this year. The officer attached to Miathene AP camp denied murder charges when he was arraigned before a Meru court early Thursday. Maina took the plea in a court packed to capacity by family members and university students.
