Logic Gates and memory devices are the fundaments components to construct digital electronic circuit. Diodes, BJT, MOSFET, Resistors are the fundamental components to construct logic gates and memory device. ICs can be divided in two categories-Linear and digital. DICs further can be classified into two categories --Bipolar and MOS.
