June 15 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Heidi Couch reports from Ras al-Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates about efforts to lure industrial companies to the region.
The emirate's economy is expected to grow 10 percent this year compared with 8 percent in 2009, said Khater Massaad, chief executive officer of RAK Investment Authority.
