Ok managed a 2 hours session this week, so 4.3 has Jim trying a few front drops adding the 'christ arms out stylee thing' & at the same Tim is also doing them with a little extra amplitude! This is a great move, scary from knees to front drop, then feet to front drop & then getting some amplitude to front drop is even worst! 2 weeks off now, so watch soon for 6.0
