HP 2509m Monitor display problems after replacing CCFLs

(Note - the monitor is upside down) Picked up a broken monitor on Craigslist for free. Gentleman said that the light tubes were broken so I thought I'd give it a shot. When I arrived at his house to pick up the monitor he had the monitor disassembled still and showed me the broken CCFLs. I brought it home, ordered 2 new sets of CCFLs, re-assembled the monitor, powered it on, and this is what I'm greeted with. :( I have no monitor repair experience so I have no idea what's causing this.
