And now for the only time Rush will ever appear in this game. Lifted straight out of Mega Man 8, we have a Rush Jet Shmup section, only there's no additional powerups for you to grab. It's just you and you buster. Although any items that enemies drop stay on the horizontal plane that they appeared, ala Gradius. But after the Rush Jet section it's pretty standard affairs.
Rose's main thing is that she likes teleporting on top of you. Every time she disappears she will try to reappear where you are, and then she will immediately slide afterwards. Tropical Hazard works really well here since you can just drop one and let her run into it. Her Ultra Combo, has her summon two orbs that orbit around her. These last a while, and they go away when they hit you, but they also go into the air whenever she teleports. This is also the weapon you get when you beat her.
