This recipe uses fresh beef bone broth that I made earlier today in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ewca73d8PqY .  It uses ham chuncks, tortellini, parmagiano reggiano rinds, escarole and some other nice fresh ingredients.  Check it out.  It's a delicious hearty soup!
