Benedetto Conversano is responsible for IT Strategy implementation at IKEA.
Prior to joining IKEA in 2010, Benedetto worked 14 years at Procter & Gamble in various international assignments in areas of Sales, CRM, Business Intelligence and R&D; then he took the country leadership of Global Business Service for the Italian subsidiary of P&G and became CIO at FATER SpA, one of the main P&G joint venture in the world.
IT Strategy and organization development are Benedetto’s main focus areas to deliver results. Benedetto´s academic background is in Electronic Engineering.
Benedetto is married with Agata, and is father of Aleksandra and Luigi Jan. He has lived in Italy, Poland and Sweden. Reads look of books, adores listening to music and running for hours in beautiful natural landscapes.
