The open-cast pit at Pingzhuan is served by a fleet of East German Bo-Bo electric locomotives built by LEW.  These are seen zigzagging from the pit.  The unsteadiness of the image in the last shot is caused by the heavy wagons vibrating the ground as they pass by.
