GEC's Pangelinan explains recount process

The Guam Election Commission is about an hour into their recount of the ballots from the Primary Election. GEC Executive Director Maria Pangelinan spoke with KUAM’s Nick Delgado explaining the process of today’s tabulations. As for Democrat gubernatorial candidate Frank Aguon Jr.’s renewed request for a hand count, Pangelinan says they will address the matter after the recount. The GEC is only recounting the ballots from the Democrat gubernatorial primary and the 15th and 16th spots in the democrat and republican senatorial primary.
