Kulusuk International Airport is an american build airstrip in East Greenland which was built in the 1950s to support a Cold War radar station. Today the airport sees daily service from Reykjavík, Iceland in the Summer. There are also flights from and to Nuuk in West Greenland. The airport is the only connection to Europe during the Winter.
