In this video you will come to know about two different methods to Disable Webcam on Windows 10. 

In the First method I'll use the default tool of Windows. Let me show you how it can be done. Go to the start Menu and Type "Device Manager" and Open it. Once you open it look for the Option "Imaging Devices" and click to expand it. You will further See the Option "HD Webcam", Right Click on that and Select Disable and finally OK to Confirm. You have successfully blocked your Webcam. So whenever you want to use your webcam, follow the same process and just select enable. 

OK, Now let's come to the next Method:

Here I'll Use a Free Software called  Webcam On-Off. Download Webcam On-OFF http://www.sordum.org/8585/webcam-on-off-v1-2/

This Software comes with a very simple and easy interface and lets you Enable and Disable webcam. Just install this Software and open it. Don't worry I'll leave the download link in the description below :) OK, Now if you have opened the Software, you'll see the Option Disable, simply click on. That's it. Its that simple as that. Your webcam is disabled now. Do remember, if your webcam is already in use by any program, this software will not be able to Disable the webcam.
