The Video audio is messed for some reason. Anyways my opinion about who's better lyrically is sorta like this: Kevin Garnett (Chino XL) in his prime or Chris Bosh in his prime (Lil Wayne), Underground or Mainstream, Stevie Wonder or John Legend. The only thing I can say Lil Wayne has over Chino XL is top notch production for a entire album (that may change), more than one style of rapping, and major corporations behind him.
