One day I was driving down the road needing to hear from God. I was a mess, crying on the phone to my husband. He encouraged me to go to our local prayer room in Orlando and stay until I heard from God. As  I was heading to the prayer room, I began crying for my mom, wishing I had her to talk with. (She passed away when I was younger). I felt like Jesus was wanting to bring me back to that time in my life when she passed away and let me walk through those emotions again with Him. I heard him saying, " Let's go back there"  -To that broken place. He told me, "You are Mine, and if your Mine, what else matters?" 

When I got home later that night, I sat down at the piano to process all of this, and sang this song out. 

He loves to mend and heal. He loves to speak tenderly to aching hearts. He loves to bring intimacy to places of loneliness. 

He is so good. Let Him bring you back to any places in your life that cause ache, grief, loneliness, hopelessness, insecurity. Let Him sing over you songs of His healing, closeness, hope, and confidence. He is so very kind.
