On this day, I tried twice to record a video of the cattle egret in the Zoo's McNeil Avian Center. And both times, it quickly flew out of the scene. So I used the short scenes to create this slow motion video that shows the beauty of a cattle egret in flight. I think the pre-take-off motions are especially interesting. The egret dips so low before springing up!
