ALMOST SEVEN months ago, Megan's mother, Jolene (38) got a phone call that would change her family's life. "Megan was sleeping over at a friend's house, as the school closed the previous day for the holidays. I was going to pick her up at 17:00. I had just sat down with a cup of coffee and a cigarette at about 15:00, when my phone rang," Jolene explains. "The friend's mother said there had been an accident, Megan was shot with a pellet gun."
