20 cm springform pan
120 gr crushed digestive biscuits
60 gr melted butter
500 gr cream cheese
170 gr Greek yogurt
120 gr sugar
2 large room temperature eggs
40 gr cornstarch
40 ml lemon juice
lemon zest
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla paste
Strawberry jelly
200 gr Fresh strawberries
3 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
8 gr gelatin sheets
1 1/2 glass of cold water
Fresh strawberries for decorations
