Something weird that happened in chapter 4-1 RE5

For those of you keeping up with my RE5 walkthrough, you've probably already seen this. While I was doing my walkthrough, I did what I normally do, which was lay down the proximity bomb, but this time, I put it a little closer than usual. After Popokarimu detonated it, its tail starts glitching up and down. It ruined my accuracy more than usual XD Has this happened to anyone else before?
