When the Horch 930 V was launched in 1937, the German auto industry was in a serious crisis. With the government gearing up for war, the scarce resources available all went towards building up the military. It wasn't the best time to be launching luxurious automobiles. The Horch 930 V nevertheless managed to sell pretty well.
