The man, who was wearing a pea coat and Van's sneakers, was filmed approaching Our Lady of Consolation church in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, at 4am on Sunday. He stumbled around the front entrance then urinated on the steps under the watchful gaze of the church's surveillance cameras. Rather than walk away once he had finished, the man then pushed over two statues, causing them to smash on the ground.
