My dad gave me this ceramic heater.  Uncharacteristic of him, he has no idea where it came from.  I surmise somebody had given it to him or he found it thrown out, he never got around to fixing it, and gave it to me.  

Turns out the heater barely worked at best.  The diagnosis was a bad control switch.  Stay tubed for part 2, tomorrow, showing the redneck repair of this heater.
