Friedman Theatre, talks about the importance of diversity and seeing yourself represented on stage. He challenges the Broadway world to create its own version of the “Rooney Rule” and remember that diversity matters.  Jim Joseph is currently the Theatre Manager at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre, the Broadway home of Manhattan Theatre Club. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
