Description: This is a substantial Vintage "Circa 1980's" 12.45 ct Green Amethyst & Diamond Cocktail Ring featuring a rare genuine exceptional VVS clarity Green Amethyst set into SOLID 14kt white gold and surrounded by genuine white diamonds. The beautiful faceted oval cut Green Amethyst is 17.75 mm x 12.95 mm with light green color (good saturation and balance) weighing in at a whopping 12.05 carats. The clarity is Type 1, VVS Clarity. There are also 38 diamonds (.40 carats) set around the Green Amethyst in a classic art deco style. These stunning diamonds are near colorless - graded at "G-H-I" color and "SI2-I2" clarity so you can be assured of the superior quality, brilliance & fire. The ring measures 21.35 mm x 16.71 mm at the head and sits up 10.90 mm off the finger. The ring is a gorgeous "Art Deco" design with detailed bridge-work under the head adding to the design.
