HELLO FRNDS,,,,,,,HOW R U ALL
Pav bhaji is a popular street food of Mumbai.so lets start with the ingresients which i have used....

PAV BHAJI RECIPE
Ingredients:
 4-5 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
 1 cup green peas
 1 cup boiled cauliflower
 2 pav
 1 medium green capsicum, chopped
 2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala
 4 tablespoons butter + for roasting
 1 large onions, chopped
 2 tablespoon ginger,garlic paste
 4 medium tomatoes chopped, & tomato puree ..
 half cabbage chopped
 Salt to taste
 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for sprin
 1 lemone juce
 ½ tsp haldi
 1 green chillies
 ½ tsp cumin seeds/mustard seeds
 Water as required..i hv taken 2 bowl

Method: -
: Boil a potatoes,cauliflower, water and let is simmer for 15-20 min
:Mash the whole mixture properly
:In a pan add oil/butter than add ½ tsp cumin seeds/mustard seeds
:add butter,onions,ginger,garlic paste
:add green chillies
:after few min add chopped tomatoes
:add tomato puree
:add chopped cabbage
:Add green peas
:add Chilli powder, haldi bav bhaji masala
:Add the mashed pulp(aloo gobhi) into the pan mixed it nicely
:add green capsicum 
:AddTo adjust the consistency add water and keep it on slow simmer
:Mash the whole mixture properly
: add butter and lemon juice
:Apply butter on a pan add sum butter,So pav are put on pan both site..
: do plating
:garnish with coriander leaves/onions/lemom slice/ and pav

Pav bhaji is ready to be served-
